Terruzzi is a company established in 1897. Terruzzi, organized under the corporate name               *TF group* , gives to its customer the advantage to the full access to have a comprehensive enginnering group that provides state-of-the-art technology, capability to produce enginnering, fabrication, traning, commissioning, service and complete support through the life-cycle of the installations. 

Terruzzi is realizating autoclave plants for  industrial applications : glass treatment, composite materials, vacuum-assisted imregnation, vulcanization of rubber, weathering of cement, tiles and bricks, sterilization and drying, special installation.

The TERRUZZI autoclave provides a finished laminated product, ensuring its high transparency and efficiency under processing at suitable conditions of temperature and pressure.

Before being introduces in the autoclave, the laminated sheets are automatically bonded with the positioning of a PVB film between the sheets.

The laminated sheets are loaded on the autoclave cart. The purpose of suitable loading is to ensure that both face are subject to a complete, uniform pressure, and to the thermal cycle during treatment into the autoclave.

The PVB film, as amorphous polymeric system, behaves as viscoelastic material at low temperature, and generates viscous flux at high temperature.
