Save was founded in the early 1950s by Pino
Borghi, and presently employs 30 people in its production of
moduls for the glass industry, such as all automatic processes
including blow-blow, turn-blow, press-blow, direct pressed and
centrifuge systems. SAVE's primary specialization are articles
that can be opened in two or more parts and which require
intensive project study and particular attention in design.
Save produces moulds for glass and crystal
items such as tumblers, jugs, vases, cups, goblets, stems, and
all tableware articles.
The company's considerable experience has
been achieved working for the most famous manufacturer's, in
the production of moulds for sectors such as lighting (internal
and external lighting items), perfumery and glass brick.
Save also provides:
Mould-set projects and consultancy at
customers' plants during start-up and production.
Welding and metallization with sprayed
powder, stellite, T.I.G. and P.T.A. processes with relative
heat treatment.
Check-up and diagnosis of mould sets already
in use. Routine or emergency maintenance.
