WASHING UNIT

The glasses is transferred from inlet section to the outlet section with transferring belts.
The machine has a system to allow the washing of glasses from 2 mm up to 50 mm.
The washing is carried out by 6 cylindrical brushes diameter 180 mm that are continuously wet by the sprinklers.
It can be added Low Emissivity (LOW-E) device to wash reflecting glass(OPTIONAL).
Working speed can be adjusted between 2 and 8 m / min.
The outlet section of the machine is composed of a vertical back with powered rolls and lights for checking the glass cleaning.

PROFILE COUPLING  VE AUTOMATIC PRESSING UNIT 

The first glass, coming from the washing section, is sent by the press to the inlet section where a system of suckers withdraw and remove it from the conveyor.
The second glass, on the contrary, stops on the inlet section waiting for the butyled frame that it is inserted in the line by the operator.
Carried out the first phase of coupling between the second glass and the frame, the operator sends them in the press where is performed the second phase (coupling to the waiting first glass).The suckers move the first glass to the other two components and coupling is performed.
Working speed can be adjusted between 8 and 32 m / min. 
The machine is controlled by digital control unit located in front of press unit.
The machine has a working option that allows the coupling which is called "STRUCTURAL" way. 
The finished product can be taken from the outlet section vertically or horizontally with the help of capsized table.
