810 BC ve 810 BCS NUMERICAL CONROL VARIABLE ANGLE STRAIGHT LINE EDGERS

Workhorse machine for mitering of the edges up to 45 degrees. Designed for prodection of flat edges, front arris and rear arris. Occasionally used to produce bevels op to 45 degrees. With 6 wheels on the tilting beam and 4 fixed for the arrises, the 810 allows for up to 3 surfaces to be finished in a single pass.

FRAME AND MECHANICS 

  • Sturdy electrowelded base frame for greater stability and absorption.

  • Extensive use of corrosion-resistant material (stainless steel, aluminium, technical polimers) for greater reliability and machine longevity.

  • Two large water recirculating tanks and large bore water piping to the grinding and polishing wheels giving efficient cooling and reducing water blockages.

  • Mechanical functions can be set manually in the event of temporary failure of electronic components.

  • Safety device protects the operator from potential hand trap area of tracking system.

  • Grinding and polish wheels drive directly from motors therefore eliminating the need for drive belts. This reduces machine running noise to a minimum.

  • All machine operations are controlled by PC.

  • Comprehensive user friendly software developed by Bottero.

  • Processing parameters displayed on machine screen in real time.

  • High accuracy and easy to read ammeters allow the easy monitoring and maintenance of polish pressure for constantly high edge quality.

  • Electrical cabinet is fully integrated into machine body reducing space required for installation.

USE AND MAINTENANCE

  • The automatic lubrication system assures longer component life and a better quality of finished product.

  • Warning messages are displayed on screen in case of incorrect data input by the operator, avoiding machine or glass damage.

  • Glass sheet location on the machine and total meters processed by each wheel are continuously displayed on screen, allowing for simple monitoring of production levels.
