This table consist of two moduls:
1) CUTTING, BREAKOUT AND PVB SEPARATION MODUL
-
The system utilized for cutting, breakout
and PVB separation by means of 3 bridges system is a Bottero
Patended product.

Heavy duty electro-welded steel structure.
-
Clear user friendly controls to regulate
machine parameters.
-
Input of cut sizes:
Automatic by means of keybad / PLC interface.
Automatic with connection to optimization software (Optional).
-
Fully automatic cycle for scoring,
breakout and PVB separation.
-
Planarity : Extreme care is taken during
the design and construction phases to obtain strict
tolerances which are essential to this type of machine, if
accuracy is to be maintained.

Machine fitted as standart with a high
performance heating element, providing a faster, more
efficient PVB separation cycle (standard on 501 - 551, not
available on 601).

Possibility to work with soft coated
glass (Optional).

2) ABUTMENT TABLE
-
Equipped with pneumatic loading/off-loading
arms (Max SWL 250 kg).

Machine equipped with air floatation.
-
Glass is manually positioned against
automatic, fully retractable measuring lugs which are
electronically positioned by the machine PLC.
