for easier glass sheet handling.

The cutting table is equipped with
electronic squaring, which in effect, means the operator
does not have to referance the glass against mechanical
squaring lugs.

Available either as fixed table or tilting,
hydraulically operated.

The squaring lugs up and down movement and
fans control is made by the push-buttons located on the long
side of table.

The breakout bars are controlled by foot
pedals.

The table sides are covered by a special
woods.

The machine is able to undertake any type
of straight, diagonal or shape cuts with great precision and
speed in a totally automatic manner.

Head-Carrier carriage operated by motor
directly hitched on to the precision rack.

Bridge movement guaranteed by motor
hitched on rack with toothing directed downwards with the
evident advantage of completely avoiding the deposit or
impurities between the teeth.

Cutting pressure regulation can be
adjusted automatically from the computer depending on
glass thickness and cutting wheel choise.

During cutting process, the cutting oil
can be adjusted via flow control valve mounted on the
cutting head.
