510 LAM LAMINATED GLASS CUTTING TABLE

Consists of two moduls:

1) CUTTING, BREAKOUT AND PVB SEPARATION MODULE (CENTRAL MODULE) 

• Heavy duty eletro-welded steel structure. 

• Machine equipped with air floatation. 

• Clear user friendly controls to regulate machine parameters. 

• PVB separation cycle is done by high performance quartz heating element. 

• Semi-automatic work cycle for cutting, breakout and PVB separation. 

• Planarity : Extreme care is taken during the design ans construction phases to obtain strict tolerances which are essential to this type of machine, if accuracy is to be maintained. 

• Possibility to work with soft coated glass (Optional).

• Machine equipped with a retractable datum bar for producing diagonal cuts (Optional).

• Posibility to work with soft coated glass (Optional).

2) ABUTMENT TABLE 

• Equipped with pneumatic loading/off-loading arms(Optional). 

• Cut size adjustment are made by means of precision brass rule in-laid into machine bed. 

• Manual glass positioning against a sliding, rectractable datum arm.
