Machine's working surface is equipped
with an air floatation system activated at the touch of a
button, for easier glass sheet handling.

Work table are fitted with high quality
black felt.

The cutting table is equipped with electronic squaring, which in effect, means the operator does not have to referance the glass against mechanical squaring lugs.

Available either as fixed table or
tilting, hydraulically operated.

The squaring lugs up and down movement
and fans control is made by the push-buttons located on
the long side of table.

The table sides are covered by a special
woods.

The machine is able to undertake any
type of straight cuts automatically.

Accurate positioning of cutting bridge and carriage are archieved by precision rack and pinion design, to place the cutting head exactly where it is needed. If requested, shape cutting option can be added.

Cutting pressure can be adjusted
manually through a pressure regulator fitted on the bridge
side.

Cutting lubrication system with oil flow
concentrated on the score to lubricate and cool the glass
and wheel keeping the score open longer and enabling
faster and easier breaking.

Between machine and operator is assisted
by the personel computer to enter the data in the various
operative functions of the machine.

Data input is done by machine PC, able
to store all programs and cutting patterns on hard disk.

The cutting wheel is the only part
touching the glass.
